This website is a tool to facilitate interactions between customers and businesses. There are two ways in which these interactions can occur. First, businesses can create markers that encourage customers to come to a certain location at a certain time. Second, customers can “Friend” businesses to allow a dialogue to take place between the two through the in-app messages

On this site, there is an events newsfeed page that shows you markers that are either for public display or from collections that you have specifically chosen to follow. If you are logged in, you can interact with some of those markers…such as check-in at a specific location or RSVP for a certain event. You can also choose to “Friend” an account, through the click of a button, in order to open up the lines of communication between the two of you. When you “Friend” a business, you both have the ability to send each other messages within the website.

There are several reasons you might want to Friend a business. You may have had a negative experience with an employee and want to tell the owner. You may want to ask the owner if a product is in stock. The business in turn may be interested in sending out an invite to a VIP event at their store, or just curious about what else they can do to improve the experience.

Having an account will allow you to create your own collections and markers as well as engage with the interactive markers of other accounts. These interactive markers could include coupons for places you like to attend, special information about a specific place, or other prizes.

Click the "Start" link in the header above and enter in the information in the "Create an Account" tab. It's that simple!.

Anyone can have an account, except for young children (under 13 yo). Therefore, General Zod, Dracula, Darth Vader, the Joker, and Lex Luthor can have accounts.

Things doing always go perfect all the time. Sometimes your experience doesn't meet your expectations, and the business owner wants to hear about it. They probably are willing to make it right if you tell them about it. Also, maybe they just want to hear from you or tell you about special promotions, etc. Easier communication between your favorite businesses and you can only be good for both of you.

Well, first and foremost, they'll get your message or whatever content you submit through their marker. Second, they'll get the name and username of your profile. Finally, they'll get a record of every time you've interacted with their business through Frnd.us. Other than that, we'll respect your privacy.

In the footer of this website is a link for "Solutions". That will take you to a link to the Pricing page. You can then determine what type of account you'd like to buy.

Go to the homepage or the Events page. You should see the markers for the accounts you are following, plus any that are publicly available. If you'd like to find other collections or markers, look for them by entering a search term in the search box.

You must complete the task described for that particular promotion. This could be as simple as checking into a location or more involved, such as answering a specific question. Whatever you need to do to earn a marker's reward will be descrined when you see the marker details.

Sometimes. Some markers require you to be close enough to the marker's designated address before you can complete the task. Other's allow check-in from anywhere. It depends on the preference of the marker creater.

On the marker details page, check the username of the account who created the marker. It's located at the very bottom. This is the account who should honor the marker, not necessarily the vendor at the location where the marker is located.

Remember, since markers can be created anywhere, a marker that is located somewhere may not necessarily be associated with that vendor. There will be a "verified" icon next to vendor's name if we have verified their authenticity (i.e. they are a paying customer).

Each reward has its own expiration date. Check your "My Account" section to see the expiration dates of your markers.

No. There's nothing to pay for. If you'd like to become able to create interactive markers, then you'll need to subscribe to the website.

Anyone with a computer can use list website to create markers. Anyone with a GPS-enabled device (such as most smartphones, tablets, and laptops) can check-in to a marker.

Every collection and individual marker have share functionality. All you have to do is click on the appropriate sharing platform and complete the prompts.

You must be older than 13, but other than that, you can participate in any marker according to the actions required for that marker.
